My printer isn’t working so I can’t bring the voucher. Is that a problem?

No worries. Tickets are always held under the purchasers first and last name. Always be sure to bring a photo ID with you even if you DO have your voucher.

We have a total of 73 markets. Currently, we are re-vamping our website to be the ultimate experience for anything arts and entertainment related. You’ ll receive an email once our new site is ready to go, and you will have access to all 73 markets!

All taxes are included in the price of the ticket.

I made a purchase, but haven’ t received my voucher yet, what do I do?

Your voucher will be emailed to the email address associated with your account within a few minutes after you purchase. If the email isn’ t there, please check your junk mail folder. If you are still experiencing an issue and haven’ t received an email, please let us know by contacting us through the customer support portal.

You can also see a record of your purchases using the My Account link in the top right corner of the website. From here, click the Vouchers tab and you’ ll be able to view your purchase history and access your vouchers.

My plans have changed and I can’ t make the show, can I change the date?

All offers are date specific, and purchases are final, so please be sure of your plans before you create your offer as we will not refund your purchase.

How many tickets am I allowed to buy at one time?

The amount of tickets you are able to purchase is limited to how many tickets the venue guarantees will be together at the venue. For example, if the venue guarantees that you will be able to seat four people together, the most you can purchase in one transaction is four tickets. If your party exceeds this number, you will have to purchase through multiple transactions.

Where can I find my voucher?

Your voucher is included in the purchase confirmation email you receive immediately after a successful purchase. You may also view all of your purchased offers and vouchers under the ‘ My Account’ tab by selecting ‘ My Vouchers.’

How do I redeem my voucher?

Your tickets will be available for you at will call or the box office the day of the performance, unless otherwise noted in the redemption instructions or fine print.

I bought an offer, how do I use it?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. That email will include a link to your voucher. Your voucher contains all of the pertinent information regarding your offer including the location of the venue.

How do I gift an offer to a friend?

On the purchase page you will have the opportunity to check a box and make your purchase a gift. By selecting this option, you will receive a receipt of your purchase and the recipient will receive the voucher. Check the box, and put in the email address and name of the person receiving the gift. Add a nice message in the “message box” if you’ d like!

I’ve heard about your sharing program. How does it work?

If you click the button on the home page you’ ll be able to share Pavé Life with your friends by sending them an email. The friends who you email all automatically get $25 of their first purchase at Pavé Life because they heard about it from you. You get $50 credit to Pavé Life every time one of your friends makes a purchase (capped at $200).

When will my credit card get billed?

Your credit card will be billed immediately after your purchase.

How do I change my email preferences?

Go to your My Account page. Select Preferences. You can choose which of our three emails you receive. You can also choose multiple markets, and the type of content you wish to receive.

What kind of emails should I expect from Pavé Life?

If you live close to one of our markets that have offers available, you’ ll get emails on Tuesday and Thursday that highlight regional offers and local offers on Wednesday. Monday and Friday are emails to major market areas such as New York City.

What if my performance or event is cancelled?

That would be sad! If this happens, we will issue all purchasers of that event a full refund for their purchase.

What is your refund policy?
